Get Your PlanFINANCE · DSA NETWORK
Build and activate
your DSA network.
Sourcing agents, onboarding them properly, following up on their leads and reminding them about renewals - the unglamorous work that decides whether a DSA channel produces.
THE REAL PROBLEM
What actually breaks
in finance businesses.
Onboarding is a form and a WhatsApp group. Nobody calls the new agent in the first two weeks, which is exactly when activation happens or does not.
A lead is passed to an agent who is busy, and nobody checks whether the customer was actually contacted or the file moved.
Agent sourcing depends on whoever has time. Good territories stay under-covered because no one is recruiting in them systematically.
Existing customers reach renewal dates with no call, even though a renewal is the cheapest business in the book.
WHAT WE RUN
From kickoff
to a working desk.
AFTER 60 DAYS
What good looks like
when it is running.
A welcome call, document checklist and first-week check-in, because activation happens in the first fortnight or not at all.
Contacted, documents pending, application in process or dropped - the desk tracks it instead of assuming the agent handled it.
Upcoming renewals are worked ahead of time and routed back to you or the agent, so the cheapest business in the book is not lost.

QUESTIONS
What finance owners
ask before starting.
Do you make credit or approval decisions?
No. Eligibility, underwriting, pricing and approval are entirely yours. The team coordinates, follows up and reports; it does not promise a loan, a rate or a sanction to any customer.
Do you recruit DSA agents?
Yes - sourcing, first calls, document collection and onboarding coordination. Appointment and empanelment decisions remain with you, along with any licence or code checks your process requires.
Do you call customers directly?
Only for agreed activities: renewal reminders, document collection or follow-up on an application already in process. The script and consent rules are set by you and followed exactly.
How is customer data protected?
Data stays in your CRM where possible, access is limited to the assigned team, and we sign an NDA before any customer list is shared. Nothing is reused for another client.
Which languages do you support?
English and Hindi as standard, plus regional languages for agent and customer calling. A DSA network in Gujarat and one in Tamil Nadu need different callers, and the team is assigned accordingly.
Can you work only on agent activation, not recruitment?
Yes. Some clients already have the agent base but no consistency in onboarding and follow-up. Scope can cover activation, lead follow-up and renewals without any recruitment work.
What does the weekly MIS include?
Active agents, new agents onboarded, leads assigned, contacted, converted, pending documents and renewals due - by agent and by territory, with the previous week for comparison.
How quickly can this start?
Agent lists and your process notes are enough to begin. Onboarding calls typically start within a week, once the script and consent rules are agreed in writing.
