Get Your PlanPRICING & COSTS
What an outsourced team
actually costs.
One fixed monthly team plan from ₹20,000 — typically around 25% of what the same roles cost in-house. Below is the full breakdown, including what the plan covers and what it does not.
WHAT THE PLAN INCLUDES
Everything needed
to run the work.
The plan is built around execution, not advice. You get people, supervision, process and reporting — the parts that are difficult and expensive to assemble on your own.
- Trained professionals for the roles in the agreed scope
- A team lead or supervisor responsible for daily quality
- Workflows, SOPs and the daily execution itself
- Weekly reporting and a regular review call
- Tool setup within the agreed software stack
- Replacement if an assigned person leaves
- No separate recruitment or placement fee
- No long lock-in — the plan runs month to month
- Advertising spend (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Paid data or database licences
- Telephony, WhatsApp Business API and email-sending platforms
- Third-party software subscriptions outside the agreed stack
- GST and statutory taxes
- Onsite travel and accommodation
THE IN-HOUSE ALTERNATIVE
What the same roles
cost you directly.
Salary is only one line. Tools, recruitment, supervision and overhead add to it every month. The ranges below are typical for Indian metro and Tier-2 markets in 2026 and are illustrative — your numbers will differ by city and seniority.
| Role | Typical salary / month | Tools / person | One-time recruitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telecaller / inside sales | ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 | ₹500 – ₹1,500 | up to 1 month salary |
| Sales executive | ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 | ₹1,000 – ₹2,500 | up to 1 month salary |
| Research / data associate | ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 | ₹500 – ₹1,500 | up to 1 month salary |
| Recruiter | ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 | ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 | up to 1 month salary |
| Team lead | ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 | ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 | up to 1 month salary |
Tools include dialler, CRM, email and messaging software. Overhead covers HR, payroll, admin, workspace and management time, usually estimated at 10–15% of payroll.
A WORKED EXAMPLE
Two telecallers
and one team lead.
A common first requirement: two people doing outreach and one person supervising quality and reporting. Here is the honest comparison, using the middle of the ranges above.
| Monthly line item | In-house | Wise & Rise plan |
|---|---|---|
| Two telecallers | ₹40,000 | ₹20,000 for the agreed scope |
| Team lead / supervisor | ₹40,000 | |
| Tools and software | ₹2,000 | |
| Overhead (HR, admin, workspace) | ₹8,000 | |
| Monthly total | ₹90,000 | ₹20,000 |
| One-time recruitment (two hires) | ₹40,000 | ₹0 |
| First year | ₹11,20,000 | ₹2,40,000 |
For this shape of team the plan is roughly 22–25% of the in-house cost. A different mix of roles and hours produces a different number — which is why we quote in writing before starting.
WHAT CHANGES THE PRICE
The variables
that matter.
A two-person outreach team costs less than a six-person one. The plan grows with the size of the team you actually need.
A telecaller, a research associate and a developer are different skills at different cost levels. The mix matters more than the headcount.
English plus Hindi is standard. Additional Indian languages, or a market outside India, change the sourcing pool and the price.
A standard eight-hour, five-day week is included. Evening shifts, six-day weeks or coverage across time zones are quoted separately.
Call volume, email volume, WhatsApp messages and the number of channels handled all affect how many people the work needs.
Buying or building prospect databases, verifying phone numbers and enriching company data is additional work beyond outreach.
Connecting a CRM, dialler, helpdesk or reporting dashboard is scoped as setup work when it needs engineering.
Our teams work remotely. Any onsite presence, travel or hybrid arrangement is quoted on top of the plan.

PRICING QUESTIONS
The questions
we are asked most.
Is ₹20,000 per person or for the whole team?
It is the starting point for a team plan, not a per-person rate. What the plan includes depends on the roles and hours in scope. A single-role requirement fits at the entry point; a larger team is quoted on the same basis with more people.
How is the price calculated?
We add up what the same roles would cost in-house — salaries, tools, a supervisor and monthly overhead — and a typical plan comes to roughly 25% of that figure. The final number depends on the roles, hours, languages and volume in scope.
Is there a recruitment or setup fee?
No separate recruitment fee. Sourcing, screening and onboarding of the assigned people are part of the plan. Third-party tool subscriptions and ad spend are not.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST and any statutory taxes, which are shown separately on the invoice.
What is the minimum commitment?
The plan runs month to month. There is no annual lock-in, because the point of outsourcing is to keep the team adjustable. We ask for reasonable notice when scope changes.
Who pays for tools and data?
You can bring your existing CRM, dialler and email tools, or we set up the agreed stack and bill third-party subscriptions at cost. Paid databases and ad spend are always billed separately and transparently.
What happens if someone on the team leaves?
Replacement is part of the plan. We re-source and onboard a replacement so the work continues, and the handover is managed by the team lead.
What if the work is not delivering?
The weekly review exists for exactly this. We look at activity, pipeline and outcomes, then change targeting, scripts or staffing. If the requirement itself was wrong, scope is re-cut rather than defended.
How quickly can the team start?
Standard roles typically start within three to seven working days of scope sign-off. Specialist technical roles take longer because sourcing takes longer.
Do you charge per lead or per meeting?
No. The plan is a monthly amount for the team and scope, not a per-lead or per-meeting rate. Pay-per-outcome pricing sounds attractive, but in practice it pushes volume over quality and makes forecasting difficult. If you want part of the fee linked to agreed outcomes, that can be discussed as part of the scope.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before sharing data, scripts, pricing or customer lists, and access to your systems is limited to the people working on your account.
