Get Your PlanMANUFACTURING · TELECALLING
Telecalling for manufacturers,
without hiring a calling team.
Dealer enquiries, exhibition leads and lapsed buyers pile up while your sales team is on the road. We call them daily, in your brand voice, and log every outcome.
THE REAL PROBLEM
What actually breaks
in manufacturing businesses.
IndiaMART, the website and trade-fair lists arrive as spreadsheets. By the time anyone calls, the buyer has spoken to three competitors.
Area sales managers are travelling. Inside sales is a shared phone. Repeat calls stop after the first attempt, so nothing is really followed up.
Dealers who stopped ordering two years ago sit untouched in Tally, even though they already know your product and terms.
The same person handles dispatch, payment reminders and enquiries. Calling is the first task dropped when the factory gets busy.
WHAT WE RUN
From kickoff
to a working desk.
AFTER 60 DAYS
What good looks like
when it is running.
A first-call SLA you can check: enquiries from the website, IndiaMART and exhibitions are contacted the next working day, not next week.
Nothing sits in an unowned list. Every interested dealer or buyer has a next date and an owner, and stale files get closed instead of lingering.
Connects, qualified conversations, meetings booked and reasons for rejection - not a dial count that hides whether anything worked.

QUESTIONS
What manufacturing owners
ask before starting.
Will you call our existing database?
Yes. Most manufacturers start with the enquiries and dealer lists they already have. We clean and tag them first, so the team calls the right people in the right order instead of working alphabetically.
Do you call in Hindi and regional languages?
English and Hindi are standard. Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada are available for dealer and buyer calling - tell us the regions in scope and we assign accordingly.
Who writes the calling script?
We draft it from your product, pricing and terms, then you approve it. The script lives with you and is updated as objections surface in real calls.
How do you handle price objections?
The script carries your pricing guardrails and approved discounts. The team never negotiates beyond what you have authorised; anything outside it is escalated with the full call context.
Do you call distributors or end customers?
Both are possible, but they need different scripts and different people. Most manufacturers start with dealer and distributor follow-up, then add end-customer enquiry calling once the first track is working.
Which CRM do you use?
Yours if it is accessible, otherwise a shared tracker we set up for you. You keep ownership of the data either way - numbers, call outcomes and follow-up dates stay exportable.
Can follow-ups happen on WhatsApp too?
Yes. Quotes, catalogues and follow-up nudges can go on WhatsApp, with the call log noting what was sent and when.
How fast can calling start?
Usually within three to five working days of the list and script being ready. There is no recruitment cycle to wait for.
